Made to order, just for you

Every custom item is printed after you order it by our print partner — nothing is picked off a shelf. You choose a photo, check the preview, and approve the artwork that gets printed. Because each piece is made just for you, we can't cancel it or refund it for a change of mind once it's in production. If it arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or not the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos showing the problem. We'll review your claim, and if we determine it qualifies we'll provide an appropriate resolution — which may be a replacement of the product or a refund.
